Glen and his crew were great to work with. Everything that Glen has control over he did on time and perfect. His crew was mindful of my dogs and never lost them when I wasn’t home. Yes Glen needs to improve on his communication skills. He has no control over what Burketts has scheduled or the Pool Cover people. My pool is perfect and I enjoy it everyday. If I have a problem or something I don’t understand he usually responds within a day or two. We had limited space to work with and Lee designed a great pool. Stay away from this company. They will promise you the best but are extremely disorganized and once you sign up, you will be chasing them to get anything done. They will ONLY show up when its time for a payment. The owner continuously schedules meetings that he NEVER makes it to, but will BE THERE on time, when its time to collect a check. Once you pay the check, and it clears, good luck getting him to return calls or keep you updated on the progress. He has many excuses, mainly he has no signal or he never received your calls/texts.
