Do I really have to give one star because they don’t even deserve that. First, when we got our pool installed it’s like they didn’t even listen to what we wanted, they just did their own thing. There were weeks when they wouldn’t show up and we never got communication on when they would be back. We were never taught how to use the pool system or connect it to our phone app. We used them to clean our pool for a little while and they did a terrible job. I was given this company's name and came highly recommended. Lonnie was very helpful and sounded very knowledgeable on our first meeting and I felt comfortable moving forward. I let him know that I wanted everything to work and I wanted to be taught how to work everything. I was given 2 days in which the work would begin. It did not begin on the 2 days he told me and I wasn't aware the pool was being replastered until I got an email the next night to say that I had to make sure that the water stayed on until full. Highly NOT recommend. Do not waste your time like they wasted ours. Bad work ethic. They are supposed to come and clean our pool but for 2 weeks they didn't. They said they don't have the key but how are we suppose to give them the key if the guy just came, hung the paper at the door and left immediately? He didn't even bother to ring the door bell or wait 15 seconds for us to open the door and give him the key. When I called in, the guy who answered said his guy knocked on the door and we didn't answered. Well, look at the video and see if he knocked or not. Avoid.

I’ve been incredibly patient with this company as my pool has been broken for months after them maintaining it. Keep giving me false promises about showing up and either they do and don’t let anyone know or just disregard their word. Owner is too busy and doesn’t want more business. Go give someone else your business that actually wants to show up.

Terrible service if you need something fixed because they never call or get back to you at all! Go there to get supplies with no issues and the guy who usually works at desk is helpful at least. Owner needs to have a better system in responding back to his clients.

Well stocked pool and spa store that also has staff that can provide all pool and spa services!
