Wonderful experience from start to finish! Between the consults…install…completion…other recommendations for services needed to add to our pool atmosphere area - would highly recommend. Been using them for the past 6 years since install for service and my go to pool store and the entire experience has been top notch!

We had an outstanding experience with Pool World! From start to finish, their communication was top-notch and the craftsmanship was excellent. A big shout out to Dave, Ed, Debbie, and the rest of the crew – they went above and beyond throughout the entire process. They installed all new pool plumbing, put in a beautiful new liner, and converted us over to a saltwater system. Everything was done with care, attention to detail, and on schedule. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend Pool World if you’re looking for a family business you can trust with your pool project!

I have used Pool World in Middletown multiple times over the years and, until recently, had no issues. I scheduled a pool closing with them at the end of the 2025 season. However, a couple of weeks after the early September closing, I realized they had not installed the pump needed to keep the waterline below the tile. I contacted the office to have this corrected, as it’s very difficult to refit the cover once everything is fully secured. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. I was told it was my fault because they “couldn’t find the pump.” I explained that it had been place…

PoolWorld owner and staff were great. Didn’t try to oversell me on a bigger job. Price was reasonable and workmanship was first rate. They worked hard, fast and efficient. They updated a pool for me in 2019. New liner all new equipment including an heater. Each year after opening the pool something needed to be repaired . Pump, heater, pool, light. There was always some issues. The employees were always professional & willing to help but repair costs started to build up & the new pool liner lost its color. I am replacing the pool liner this year with a new company.
