Elliot was so informative and helpful in explaining the operation and enjoyment of a swim spa. I had debated between pool and swim spa ultimately closing the Aspen 13! Delivery was smooth and seamless. Financing was fast and easy. Decking being installed as we speak. Can’t wait to christen it with family and friends. Highly recommend Central Jersey Pool and Spa! Elliot is the best!

We could not be any happier with our hot tub purchase from Central Jersey Pools. Leon made us feel welcomed the moment we arrived walked in and advised on the perfect hot tub for our family. We just had it installed and are trying it out tonight for the first time. Lisa G and Lisa H were also hugely instrumental in getting it delivered and answering all our questions. I highly recommend CJP and Leon to anyone looking for an outstanding experience when purchasing a hot tub.

We just purchased the Kona Elite Spa from Central Jersey Pools, and our experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was amazing. Elliot was a great salesperson—he took the time to walk us through every tub and carefully explain the features of each one. There wasn't a single question he couldn't answer, and we truly appreciated his patience and knowledge. Lisa G was also incredibly helpful when it came to scheduling our delivery. Exceptional service. Our family of four absolutely enjoys being outside and we came in to learn more about hot tubs. Lester G. Is incredibly warm, knowledgeable and gave us options to fit our needs. He answered our questions fully. We decided upon a product and are looking forward to the next steps getting the tub installed. The showroom has a lot to offer. New to owning a pool and everyone I've spoken to has been extremely friendly and helpful. Lisa B in service had led the charge, but Alexis was also super helpful educating me on pool robots. The two techs who came to the house this morning were friendly, professional, efficient, and were happy to answer every question I asked them.

They are literally so useless. We called in the beginning of June to ask about fixing a pool light and they said first week of July. It is now July 21st and we haven’t heard anything. THEN when we had a crack which was leaking in our skimmer we wanted ONLY an estimate for fixing it in full. They then sent out service people that were only supposed to give an estimate and they told us it would be 200$ to seal it with putty which would only be a temporary fix and we’re not able to give an estimate about replacing the skimmers.
