I called Dr.Zee as I needed a new Above Ground pool installed, Pepa is very nice, friendly and made me feel comfortable about them doing the job, very professional. The date was scheduled and the pool was installed over a week ago, I couldn’t be happier with the job they did, it was very well done and within the same day too, amazing. We looked at a handful of places for a pool. only PoolTown promised to deliver what we wanted at the perfect price, with stellar communication and an ideal timeline. From beginning to end, our sales rep always answered our questions or directed us to the correct associate in a matter of moments. The knowledge of the team was superb! More importantly, they were patient with all of them! We never felt rushed or like we were a nuisance. Their dedication to delivering a perfect pool experience was always present. Pooltown is #1 for sure!

Had a really good experience with Pool town which is a rarity in the pool business. Every sub that they brought to me was top-notch and every step was explained to me as well. There were some delays in installing the pool which is common in this business, but all was explained to me every step of the way. Pool was installed pretty quickly, but the tile work too a few months, they messed up with the color and had to fix it sometime beginning in May of this year, guess what, up to this day it is not fixed yet and tile is falling a part!!! Don’t recommend their tile contractors at all!!!!

Our pool excavation from start to finish was exceptional. Billy was an excellent sales person. Leesa in customer care was very kind, knowledgeable, & patient with any questions I had. Also, excel pool service is the pool repair, liners, opening closing team that Pooltown uses. Jenee is a senior member of that team & she was also very helpful & courteous. I am thankful for the experience I had, and would recommend Pooltown to anyone looking to have an inground pool in there home.
