We had been using this service for the past two summers. Always happy until recently. We needed a new pool cover and asked if they could help. They said they would take our old cover and measure it. They would call us with a price before ordering. When they called and I told them the price was more than we could afford so please give us back our old cover. They said it would cost us $600 to get it back. When asked why they said that’s how much it would cost to send it back from Indiana. I was never informed that it was being shipped out of state. Polls plus came and took the cover off of my pool put in 6 ounces of algicide and two things of shock and said I was all set. They didn’t vacuum it didn’t get any leaves out. I did not get in my pool one time this summer because it was full of leaves and algae water that they put in when they took the cover off. I would not recommend this company to anybody if I can give them. Zero stars, I would. I was charged $450 and never got in my pool once all summer because I was fighting to get all the leaves off of the bottom.

My experience and interactions with Ana Maria and her husband at Pool Plus has been fantastic., very good company to work with. I can't say enough for the customer service they all provide Ana Maria and their people are consistently knowledgeable and focused on customer service. My new liner looks fantastic thank you so much. We would definitely recommend Pool Plus.

They do our opening and closing and regular maintenance. Reliable and very helpful when they come out to check everything! Also willing to talk through issues over the phone if you have questions etc. I was a newbie to pool maintenance and they were happy to help me with any questions and suggestions instead of charging to “come look at it.”

Thank you to pools plus for the goggles for my granddaughters birthday! She is so excited to have a new pair of goggles for her pool party. A gesture like that goes a long way. Thank you and see you in the spring!
