Well sadly pool season is over. I have waited a while to write this review but for reference I purchased an above ground pool from pools plus and had their contractor installed the pool. I also have visited pools plus over the pool season for water analysis and accessories. When the season ended I had the pools plus team close my pool. Fantastic Chemical testing team and provided a great plan for opening a salt water in ground. The only real weak spot is the team seems understaffed. Nice showroom as well.

I’d love to thank the people at pools plus for helping through first time ownership of a hot tub! They are super knowledgeable and helpful and know their stuff! Great group of people running this place and I come from Woonsocket to go here!

Doesnt answer thier phone's durning business hours. When I finally did get an employee to pick up I was told they were busy and thats why they dont answer. How am im going to know this? Gave me a attitude about it because I asked a question. Be taking my business else where.

We have an old, large inground pool. Needed all new Return Lines and a new Skimmer. Mike & Corey are 2 of the hardest working individuals I have seen in a very long time. They were both Professional, Courteous & Friendly. They treated our property as if it were their own. They worked well together, paid attention to detail. They are certainly an asset to Pools Plus Inc. We are very satisfied with the job that they did. Thank you.
