The owners, Deb and Ron are great. I have been a customer for many years and just had my pool renovated with a new vermiculite bottom, beautiful new liner, some piping repairs, etc. Jason and the other three guys that were on the job worked In unison and got the job done efficiently. Deb always returns my calls and is so upbeat and helpful. Best pool place around! Thanks Deb and Ron and staff for all the years of great service!

Pool Doctor was great from start to demo! The team was professional, communicative, and made sure I understood every step of the process. Everything went smoothly, and the demo was thorough and helpful. They were professional, knowledgeable, very personable and made everything feel easy. You can tell they really care about their work and their customers. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them!

This is my 3rd Dimension One spa I have purchased from The Pool Doctor over the last 30 years. One remained at a house we sold and the other lasted 21 years. Fantastic spas and The Pool Doctor always were great to work with. Very knowledgeable and fair prices. Highly recommended. A+

Great experience with Pool Doctor!!! We’ve been purchasing our pool chemicals at Pool Doctor for years. The in store staff is very knowledgeable makes the process of opening, closing and maintaining our pool very easy. We just purchased a hot tub and the sales process was simple & quick. The on site service & installation team was fabulous, providing quick & quality install. Extremely satisfied customer for many years.

Contacted them through their website to see if they service my area and I did not receive any response. Their website notes: "we proudly serve, but are not limited to, the following cities" the first line of my email asked if they would service my pool in a different town .. A simple response stating they dont would have sufficed. 1 star review for unresponsiveness.

Pool Doctor of RI worked with us to completely renovate an older gunnite pool . They also connected us with stone masons who did an outstanding job . Pool Doctor coordinated with the masons and kept us informed every step of the way . It was a lengthy project due to the complexity but they were there every day . Outstanding work ethic and outstanding people
