Had an excellent experience replacing our pool liner. The sales staff is knowledgeable and guided me in choosing the right liner. Shannon, in the liner department, answered all of our questions and updated us on installation schedule. The installer, Dan, fixed the flaws in the floor of the pool and made sure the liner fit perfectly in our kidney shaped pool. I highly recommend Pool Source for all of your pool needs.

We purchased a hot tub at Christmas time, and it was just delivered this week. Everything from start to finish was awesome! Kellar and Ryan took care of the sale, and Tom handled the delivery process. They were all knowledgeable, friendly, and beyond helpful! Highly recommend this company, they take care of you and business :) - his daughter bc he doesn't know how to do this

We were looking to replace our stairs to a patio and found The Pool Source. Excellent choices, quality and service. We highly recommend them for your pool and patio needs. They are great people do to business with. They keep you informed and up to date on your purchase from start to finish. Service and delivery is exceptional.

It has been a great experience working with the Pool Source, in building our in-ground 18 x 40 ft pool. Arogant aproach to customers. Demanding fees prepaid before work is undertaken, smaks like a scham... Imagine, all service providers demabs payment in advance before they undertake the work. If the public condone this practice, services provided will deteriorate continually.

I had to change my 5 stars to 1 star. Supposed to "do me a favor" by pulling a permit. Almost 3 months later and no permit done correctly. But, pool still put up, illegally. Did me a "favor" building the outside stairs...built incorrectly. Don't let them do you any "favors"

I have been doing business with The Pool Source for many years. I have never had a bad experience, in fact, just the opposite I always find the staff to be attentive, professional and knowledgeable. Recently, when I found myself in a real pickle I texted the store, explained my issue and by the time I drove to them a solution was ready for me. And the problem did not involve a piece of equipment I bought from them but rather from a competitor who did not offer any help. Whole hearted 5 star recommendation!!!
