The team that installed the liner was awesome. Very courteous and polite as they installed the liner. They were very helpful answering questions that I had and lined out what needed to be done once pool was full of water.

5 stars is not enough to show how great these guys are. Our pool was a challenging build but they came in and took in on. Not a single time did I have to call them to get them to come and work- they were constantly calling me with updates. They put in long days and were very professional from start to finish. Travis and Shawn worked very hard, always cleaned up, and I could tell they really wanted to make us happy- and they did. Very upfront, completely honest, and customer satisfaction was their highest priority.

Pools West made the pool experience great. Mitch came out and walked our space with us to help figure out what makes the most sense. He had some great suggestions that we didn’t think of that really made the finished project better than expected. Travis was there everyday during the installation making sure everything went according to plan. I couldn’t believe how fast our yard went from grass to a completed pool. Travis is very professional! He was here everyday on time, he communicates well and does everything he says he will do. We had the BEST experience designing and building our pool with Pools West! I cannot say enough great things about Travis, Mitch and Jaime! Our pool is absolutely gorgeous and the customer service is outstanding! The whole process was so fast with the best quality! We LOVE Pools West!
