Premier Pool started at my condo complex this year. It’s the best pool company we’ve had since I moved here 10 years ago. Jose, the pool manager, is very diligent with regular visits to the pool to oversee the water condition and the lifeguard.

I have worked with premier before and promised myself I would never use them ever again. But they kept reaching out so I met with Stephenie and she promised me things would be better. They are not. Premier made repairs to our pool 3 years ago at a high cost of 68,000 snd now they are asking for some of those same repairs again. All they do is ask for money . Some of the same things we purchased 2 years ago they are asking again. We are one day from opening. The main pool is dirty. Baby pool is dirty and have not been drained. As I have asked . This company is absolutely terrible. Their service is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. The only competent and decent individuals are the lifeguards — and even they aren’t paid fairly! The rest of the staff and their so-called representatives are completely unprofessional and careless. Do NOT do business with these people. They will waste your time, overcharge you for everything, and deliver nothing of value in return. Save your money and your sanity — stay far away!

No, don't come with them on a work and travel program. They won't let you choose your housing because they'll make you pay $600 a month, no matter what—no internet, no sheets, no washing machine, nothing. As a lifeguard, they'll only pay you around $1200 a month, and they won't let you leave if you say you're unhappy. I repeat, DO NOT take this job. I wish I could give it zero stars instead of one.
