Could not be more happy with the experience from this team. I’ve been shopping for nearly 4 years and finally decided to pull the trigger late last year. From consult with Duane to the full excavation/construction process with Sam was absolutely seamless. I expected headaches and hiccups, but everything Sam told me about the process was 100% true and down to the day accurate. Could not be more pleased with the pricing, service, finished product and customer service. Truly appreciate it!!!!

From our very first connection with Premier Pools, we knew we were dealing with true professionals. A custom virtual scene was created to give us an idea of what to expect. We loved all of the design aspects and were so excited to move forward. Once our project was in action mode, we were handed off to project manager, Sam, who was instrumental in keeping us informed of timeframes and what to expect. He is knowledgeable, kind and always responsive. Turns out our new backyard looks exactly like we envisioned. We could not be happier!

Had a great experience with Premier. Dwayne and Sam were excellent in all phases of our pool installation. The communication kept us informed every step of the way. Couldn’t be happier with the final product. 10/10

Working with Duane and the Durham team has been such a great experience so far. I was honestly very nervous about starting the pool process because it felt overwhelming, but Duane made everything feel simple and manageable from day one. The communication has been excellent. I’ve always known what to expect and felt comfortable asking questions. Duane was always very knowledgeable and patient. The 3D design was incredible and really helped us visualize exactly what our backyard will look like.

We recently purchased an in-ground swimming pool and had an incredible experience working with Duane. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and completely transparent about the process. What really blew us away was the mock-up video he provided—it looked exactly like our house and the pool we selected, which made the decision so much easier. Duane made the entire buying process an absolute pleasure. Now we are looking forward to having our pool in by summer. If you’re looking for someone responsive and polite who truly goes the extra mile, we would highly recommend him!

Sales and design process was easy straightforward. Duane was our salesman and he did a great job explaining everything, our pool options, site layout and going over renditions with us.

As a landscape and Hardscape contractor in the area for over 22 years, we’ve worked with numerous pool companies and our experiences with premier have been by far the best. Attention to detail , communication, quality and customer service are unmatched ! Working with their project manager Sam makes each job run flawlessly! Highly recommend
