Love our North State Pools ‘Team’! Nice, knowledgeable, trustworthy guys. I feel comfortable with them in my yard whether I’m home alone, or no one is home. Pool care is too notch. They really know their stuff. Had them re-line our pool and convert to salt and have been pleased with their handling of the minor issues that arose through the process.

I have used their services now for 5+ years and I’ve been very satisfied. My pool is always clean and they do a great job of fitting me in when something major goes wrong with motor, pump etc. I would recommend them to anyone that isn’t a do it yourself pool person. You’ll be very happy!

We had North Stare Pools come out recently and couldn’t be happier with the service! Our pool is beautiful but most importantly they listened to my concerns and treat their customers right! The front desk communicates well and the service guys were great! 5 🌟 would recommend!

We leave our pool open year around and swim in it almost every day. The guys at North State keep our pool looking great and operating well 12 months a year - clean & crystal clear (see photo below - it always looks like this!) Justin and Adam are true professionals. They show up as promised for routine maintenance, they know what they are doing, and are responsive and helpful whenever issues arise. I would recommend North State Pools to any and all without reservation. You just cannot get any better than North State Pools!

We couldn't be happier with the pool service we receive from Jamie. The team is always professional, reliable, and punctual. They do an excellent job keeping our pool crystal clear and ready to enjoy. They take the time to explain any maintenance that's needed and never try to upsell unnecessary services. It's clear they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, honest, and high-quality pool service!

Not interested in coming out and really helping with pool issues. More of a company to install pools or general weekly maintenance.
