Jodi was my design consultant, and she did a fantastic job from the very beginning. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and helped work through the septic and well setbacks to ensure the pool could be built properly. During our pre-construction meeting, I wasn't 100% sure about the original pool location. Jodi came back out, took the extra time to redesign the layout, and made sure I was completely happy with the final design and pool location. We had a great experience with Anthony & Sylvan Pools. From the beginning, Jacqueline was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the process. Her attention to detail really stood out and gave us confidence that everything was being handled properly. The showroom is also very nice and was extremely helpful for visualizing options and making decisions. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Anthony & Sylvan Pools and Swanson Landscaping. From the very beginning, Tyler Munn, Tim Mincey and Matt Swanson took our ideas and turned them into a true backyard oasis. Every detail came together even better than we imagined. Anthony & Sylvan (Raleigh) did a great job with our pool. It is a long process with multiple subcontractors but, the finished product was worth the wait. Brandon was our initial sales agent; he did a great job with building options and setting expectations. Our project manager Tim is fantastic!! He's gone above and beyond to make sure things turn out right. He's been very responsive and actually checked on our pool during Hurricane Ian due to us being out of town. We are very happy with our new pool and glad we selected Anthony Sylvan (Raleigh). The A&S Raleigh team is very professional and knowledgeable. They worked hard to help us create a wonderful pool environment and gave us wise advice along the way. Brandon was an experienced rep and talented pool designer. Mike was a super PM and was on-site a lot managing all the moving parts, suppliers and sub-contractors. Evan was a great teacher and coach on how to use and manage the system. We had a person come out to give us an estimate, and we never received it? I even reached out a second time to ask, and she said she’d get it ready, and still never sent it? Two times, and you’re out for me if you can’t keep your word. I’ve since talked to several that used them and were not happy- lots of turnover in staff- not a good sign.

We found Anthony & Sylvan from Chris loves Julia’s instagram! We didn’t know what to expect, Jodi was our design consultant. She arrived on time and first met with my husband since I was at work. She then made a second trip out to show us a full render of our house which was great to see and we were able to make edits to our design in real time. She really made our vision come to life and the design is exactly what we wanted for our kids. She really took the time to make sure every detail was customized for our family’s wants. We are so excited for our pool to be completed!!
