Josh and Louis did an amazing job on our new pool! From start to finish they were professional, responsive, and paid attention to every detail. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and the entire process went smoothly. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend Josh and Louis to anyone looking to build a pool!

First time pool owners and this has been a great experience thus far!! We are on the home stretch with plastering happening next week! I can’t believe the timing of how fast the pool has been developed. Our PM, Louis has been exceptional, ensuring work continues without significant delays! The entire team has been amazing! Started with Josh, all around cool dude and designed our pool just as we envisioned!! Dora, made our patience much less with her help in selecting tile, etc. Looking forward to seeing our pool completely finished!! 🤩 Completed pool pictures, coming soon!!

We are first time pool owners and the team at Premier has made this process so easy. Chad, Louis and Dora have been amazing to work with. We didn’t have a whole lot of space to work with, but Chad helped design a pool that would look great in the space we had and helped our dream become a reality. Louis and his teams have been very communicative every step of the way. We are looking forward to the finished product very soon!

If I could zero stars I would. It’s been almost two months and this is the progress, or lack-there-of, that we’ve experienced. Customer service is not their priority. They just pacify us with empty promises. My back yard was my sanctuary before they DESTROYED it. We have a large dog that we cannot turn loose in the backyard because they’ve not put the fence back up because “they’ll put it back after they come clean the yard” (said over a week ago). They broke our sewer line then poorly put a temporary fix. We had to shell out over $5k for the repair. They cut our WiFi cable TWICE! Neither time…

The entire project was a pleasure from the quote phase till completion, was excellent. We have zero complaints. Chad, Louis and Dora made the entire project go smoothly, even when we made some changes during construction. They use group texts to keep everyone in the loop and all questions/concerns were answered and addressed promptly. The level of communication was excellent, which is key on any project. The quality of construction and the attention to detail is fantastic. I would highly recommend Premier Pools & Spas to anyone having a pool installed.

Did what they daid they were gonna do!Never felt like I had to ask for updates. If I didn't see the progress daily. I was sent a plan for the next phase. A+ in communication!

We reached out for a quote - and Josh Provenzano was quick to come out! Although he understood the assignment in what we wanted - we decided to hold off on buying until next year. When that time comes - he’s exactly who we will be calling!!

Called Josh Provenzano out for a quote and he was super professional and very informative. He designed an amazing pool for us and we were ecstatic. Unfortunately we weren’t quite ready for the responsibilities of a pool, but we will 100% call him when we are💪🏻💪🏻
