Kevin and Jen were fabulous from the very beginning. The design they did in site in our back yard was a collaborative, exciting process. We were sold. When it came time to build the pool, Matt and Nicki kept us well informed, responding quickly and communicating every step of the way The result is a beautiful, sparking pool we use every day. When we are not in it, we are around it. We can't stop looking at it. The neighbors have "pool envy". A+ to the Premier Pool and Spa - North Tampa Team. We shopped around and Jim from Premier made our choice easy. Their process is very black and white, he is easy to work with, responsive and just a nice guy. We feel like we got a high quality pool at a fair price. Seminole took a while with permits but once that was done the process was quick. Had small concerns after the build because I’ve never owned a pool and they addressed them quickly. During the build the communication was great.
