We love our new pool! The whole process was pretty seamless and it all came together so fast. The design process was so easy and smooth and Ryan was willing to make all our changes, making great recommendations and ensuring we got what we wanted. Anthony was great through the build process, communicating well and we appreciated his straight up approach. We are very happy with the process as a whole and are excited to be swimming all summer!

By posting this review I hope to give the reader not only information on Presidential Pools but some insight on having an inground pool built. Here is our story. After deciding that we wanted to have a pool built I went to the internet and researched pool companies in Tucson, trying to find the best ones. I narrowed it down to six companies. We absolutely love our pool! This was our first time building a pool, and Presidential Pools made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. Trevor, our salesperson, was amazing, he helped bring our vision to life, was patient throughout the design process, and truly nailed it. Gary, our project manager, and Monica, our construction coordinator, provided outstanding communication and explained every step along the way. The sales process was pretty smooth. While you have to be your own advocate during the build process, it’s not too bad, however the service department. . .has been absolutely terrible. I’ve had these lignite (that’s what they have called it) spots that popped up about a month or so after the build, and there was approximately 15 of them. Initially they told me that the suggested method of fixing them was an acid blast, and the pebble tech wouldn’t match in those areas. Someone else came out and said that due to how many I had, they would have to drain the pool and then acid wash the whole …

They had the best prices and quality selections of the pool builders we contacted. They did quality work and it only took 6 weeks to get everything finished.
