From start to finish, their communication has been excellent, even when I had silly questions (new to the process). We were kept informed every step of the way, which made the process stress free. When draining our pool we found out that our faux waterfall needed repairs. Before we could fill it I got several estimates. We fix ugly pools came in with a competitive quote and quick scheduling since our pool needed to be filled ASAP. The guys doing the resurfacing, painting and sealing did a fast, excellent job. The estimator stayed in touch until everything was done right. My only concern was a little lack of communication with the office but it was also resolved and I would recommend them to resurface your water feature.

A HUGE THANK YOU TO WFUP!!!! Brian Morris and his team delivered on our pool that was 36 years old. In as little as 3 months with labor and material shortages, start to finish, I cannot thank Brian and his team enough for the spectacular work that was done. We have a 50K gallon pool and a 2K gallon spa. This was no easy task. Highly recommend!

Estimate! We called for an estimate scheduling was done incorrectly! Emergency??? We were rescheduled! It has Been two weeks and no estimate? Held for over ten minutes then was transferred to a mail box that was full? Called back they will get back to me? Sounds very chaotic and not good customer service! We have used them before and they were good but now not so much! I’ve lost faith in this company!

Matt was professional and to the point. While we were disappointed in the results of his inspection, he was clear and to the point with a little bit of humor that added to the unfortunate situation. If and when we decide to move forward, it'll be with Matt and crew!
