The bearings in my 12 year old Pentair Intelliflow pump were going out and I did not want an issue if we hand anouther deep freeze. I also had an issue with air getting in the line. I thought about replacing the unit myself, but I liked the idea of the 3 year warranty and the plumbing was very cramped. I was happy when a sharp service tech showed up, quickly had my new pump up and going and also solved the air leak. The new install is better then the old because the pump is now flat on the pad and not lifted up as before. I would highly recommend Pretty Pools.

We recently used Pretty pools as they were highly recommended. They did a great job however I was disappointed when they charged us an additional fee for having to come back the next day to fix the issue due to not having a part in their truck. When we called we told them the problem so why wouldn’t they bring what was needed to fix the issue they thought it was? Charging an additional fee to have to come back out because a part wasn’t on the truck is unacceptable. 25 minutes of work cost us $250. So disappointing, we won’t be using them again

Pretty Pools Flower Mound is absolutely my go-to for all things pool maintenance! I recently had them replace a faulty bubbler light, and during the process, they uncovered a serious issue with the original wiring of my pool—it wasn’t just incorrect, it was unsafe! But no worries, the amazing General Manager, Nick Collins, personally stepped in to take charge of the project. He made sure every detail was perfect, and I was thrilled with the outcome! I couldn’t be happier with the exceptional work and top-notch service these guys consistently deliver. They’re simply the best!

SCAM, BE AWARE, DOUBLE CHARGING CUSTOMER FOR RETURN VISIT WHEN NOTHING WAS DONE ON THE FIRST VISIT. DON'T FALL FOR IT. NOT A HONEST BUSINESS STANDARDS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE 🫥🫥🫥 FIRST VISIT WAS FOR FEW MINUTES, AND NOTHING WAS DONE DUE TO NO POWER DURING THE WINTER FREEZE, AND I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE CHARGED AGAIN TO COME BACK. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Pretty Pools is a great company and we will continue using their services. Stacy and Melissa have been incredibly responsive and helpful via email and phone. The techs have explained to me how the system works, answered my questions when I have concerns, and are just super nice and respectful of my property. The pool always looks great after they service it and continues looking great until the next service date. I really appreciate Pretty Pools for taking the initiative and responding to my review within just two hours.
