We’ve had a great experience with Pure Water over the last year after switching from another company that dropped the ball repeatedly. We are so happy with the clarity of our water. Dealt with a little green starting to form on the sides of the pool and they addressed it immediately and it looks better than it’s ever looked now! They are capable, reliable, and aren’t phased by our dogs, which is appreciated as we aren’t always home when they come and it’s hard to always know exactly when to lock the dogs in. Price is fair, service is great.

Great service and a locally owned store that provides customers with that small town caring feeling. Justin was very helpful finding / ordering the right spa filters for me and giving great advice how to clean my spa after black mold ruined them over summer. After cleaning the spa, Clearwater gave me free water testing and sold me the chemicals that I needed (at a fair price) to start enjoying the spa again. I’ll be taking water samples back there on a regular basis now. Thank you Clearwater!

If every company had the wonderful customer service that Pure Water does, it would be almost a perfect world. They are nice, knowledgeable, and affordable. They are great at communicating issues, and they make sure everything is operating properly. When there is an issue, they handle it quickly and completely. They rock.

My husband and I wanted our pool serviced monthly. We had just had our pool recently cleaned, drained and refilled. Our pool was super clean. At the time of our appt. It had a few leaves in it from the recent Wind/weather change. My husband was told by the man that they could not service our pool because if it's size and condition. For one, it's Condition wasn't bad, and second, my pool is not that big, it's not like it's an Olympic size pool or anything. I called the company up and talked to someone different, but that didn't help either, he just said that they were unable to service my pool …

Technician left the pool motor running and now my electricity bill is in 900 dollars this month They never pick up phone calls Just a very bad business operation Unprofessional and unorganized
