Puryear pool company performed my quarterly maintenance. Jacob was awesome! He is very knowledgeable and was an extremely pleasant person to talk to. He communicated everything to me from when to expect him and what he was doing. I felt I could trust him as he was so knowledgeable as I had a small leak and he knew exactly what was cause. He completed the quarterly and replaced the parts with perfect workmanship. He will be the tech I want to perform all work on my pool! Great job, Jacob! I truly appreciate your dedication and hard work to make sure your customers are satisfied!

Jacob did a fabulous job today on my 3 month pool system service. He checked the entire pool filter and salt cell system. He made sure I was told about the chemical balance and any cautions I should be paying attention to. I have never had such clean looking filters! I highly want to commend his attention to detail and his knowledge base of all the areas he needed to check. Thanks Jacob!

Puryear Pools exceeded all my expectations. The customer service given by the entire team was over the top for my third pool. The sales and design we experienced with Alex was not only a joy but we feel we have gained a friend. Our builder Scott was always on site and scheduled our project seamlessly along with fantastic and professional subs. Excellent work and got my issue with my booster pump as quickly resolved!!! James my technician was very personable and knowledgeable!! 1 2/3/26 hard weather caused a crack in our booster pump. This caused our system to shut down. Puryear was quick to get out and bypass the booster pump until we can get a new cover or replacement pump on order. Our technician was Josh, and he was great as have been of all the techs that have come out

We had a large backyard/pool remodel that broke ground 11/2023, and was slated to be completed in approximately 3-4 months. It was complex, and we picked this contractor because he assured us “my pencil is SHARP” and he would get things done and not nickel and dime us. This guy was an utter disaster. Never seemed to be around, did not adequately supervise his crew, and the job site was always a mess. Damaged the cement on one of our terraces so we then had to retile all of the terraces. “Forgot” to remodel one of the retaining walls, so then we had to pay extra for that. Damaged the steps tha…

Everyone from the front desk, designers, builders, to the service department are supportive. The designer suggestions were extremely beneficial bring the pool to life.

Nothing but issues with the service dept since install. I would not suggest anyone use this company for any service needs. Install was fine but after that it's all down hill.
