Metroplex pools did a great job designing and executing our new fiberglass pool. Steve was very informative and upfront with costs, timelines, and project details. All the installers from excavation to tile were professional and genuine kind people. Ivan was great with pool school and ensuring that we received a finished product that we loved. I would not hesitate to recommend Metroplex pools for anyone in the greater dfw area looking for a fiberglass pool option. Also as a side note, I prefer the fiberglass to prior owned gunite/concrete options for ease of cleaning and feel on the feet.

From design to final touches, this company delivered exceptional quality. The pool is gorgeous and built with precision, the paver surround is level, clean, and expertly laid, and the new fence adds both beauty and privacy. The crew was respectful, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work. I'm thrilled with the transformation and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor space.

We were extremely excited about getting our pool and the experience started off great. The owner, Steve, was honest, straightforward, kind, and thoughtful throughout the process. Along the way, we had the pleasure of meeting a few awesome people—Dustin and Josh—who were both absolutely professional and great to work with. As with any big project, a few hiccups did come up. Metroplex Pools installed our pool for us. We interviewed multiple companies and they were easily the winner with their innovative approach to getting the pool into our tight backyard and attractive pricing. They were very partnership oriented throughout the whole process. Every team member we interacted with was helpful, friendly and professional. If you’re looking to have a pool put in, metroplex is who you need to use, hands down. After doing our research and having a couple of other companies come out to see our space and give us a quote, we decided that Steve was no doubt, the man for the job. From the first visit, he was very friendly , knowledgeable and honest about the process, start to finish. Metroplex Pool was straightforward on cost and timing. They provided, in my families opinion the best options for design and installation. We were very picky on the concrete patterns and colors around the pool and they took the time to advise and then assure we got exactly what we wanted. I will not single out any group of workers, whether it be excavation, plumbing, concrete workers or electricians, they were all professional and courteous.
