Everyone else came with a PowerPoint presentation on an iPad and wanted to sell me way more than what was actually needed. Terry came by the house, looked at my foundation, gave me his plan and a verbal quote within minutes. No 20 slide sales presentation and a bunch of add ons that weren't needed. It was probably the most refreshing interaction I've had with a contractor in years. The work was done quickly and cleanly, and billed at the verbally quoted price, with no hidden fees. I'd recommend Terry to anyone that needs basement or foundation work done.

Awesome company. Terry came out to assess a crack in the corner of my basement that's been leaking and devised a plan to remedy the situation. It took the crew only a few hours to dig past the foundation, apply a waterproof membrane around the affected area, and fill the hole with pea rock and soil to ensure water doesn't pool anymore. A week later, after all the rain, I'm satisfied that there is no more leaking from that corner. Thanks Terry!

If you ever need any foundation or concrete work done, look no further. Incredibly fast, efficient and top notch quality. This crew came in and did exactly what was laid out in the estimate and did so in record time. I highly recommend them for any concrete or foundation project. You will not be disappointed!!

The work was done in a timely manner. Our sump pump now is more active and the new drain tile laid under the floor adds to that activity.
