Ran into Keton Reno (owner) at a pool supply store and while I was talking to the store clerk about how to get my above ground pool situated he jumped in and told me the Ins and outs about how to properly maintain my pool. He said he doesn't work on above ground pools but if I should ever have any questions I can always reach out. This shows me that he's got a great moral compass and if I should ever need someone for an in ground pool I know exactly who to call.

I have seen the few negative reviews for this Pool Service but my experience is quite the opposite. After calling a half dozen pool service companies in the Tucson area and not receiving any call backs, Re-PHresh called me back promptly and began service on my pool the same day, in addition both Keaton and Steve kept apprised of the progress of their evaluation and treatment. In today’s world it has become a rarity to find such good communication and professionalism. We have used Re-PHresh pools services for 3 years now. What we love the most about them is the perfect ratio of chemicals they add. I typically can't be in a pool for more than 30 minutes because I become very itchy. That is not the case with them. I can spend hours in our pool and I never smell any chemicals. I also appreciate that they are immediately there for you if something urgent comes up. GREAT customer service and caring people!

Keaton and Re-Phresh Pool Service has been with us for 7 years. Draining, cleaning and servicing our pool in the Foothills. He has always helped with questions we throw at him at any given hour and is honest with his pricing. Bonus points are that he is great with our 2 Cane Corso dogs. We highly recommend his company.

Re-Phresh Pool Service has met all expectations above and beyond and keep my pool sparkling all year round! They do emergency calls which have saved me on holiday weekends when I've had something go wrong with my pump. I highly recommend and send my friends and family members.
