I reached out ‘blindly’, having never needed hot tub service before, and had no where to start. From my first interaction with Debbie (?) to get scheduled, to having Dan out to take a look at my situation, everything was perfect. Dan is incredibly kind and professional, and based on my VERY rudimentary description of the problem I was having, knew exactly where my problem was, even before opening the hot tub. REI & Service with Dan and his crew just completed the rebuild of our pool. They are by far the best professionals I have had the pleasure of working with. Dan made sure that every step was followed and was very helpful in making sure all equipment was function and if it needed replacement he made sure to take care of it. I called and spoke with Debbie amid the "COVID - What am I going to do with my kids all summer" dilema. She was a joy to speak with. She answered all of my questions. Unfortunately I couldn't afford the pools that they had. But she took the time to speak with me nonetheless. If I am able to do business with them in the future, I will make them my first call!

They will only help you if you buy all parts and equipment from them. They lady I spoke to was unfriendly and abrasive. Not helpful at all.
