They replaced my house door w/sidelight, storm & garage service door, frames are composite. My locks were good, would be reused. ALL the trim was to be removed & reinstall. Any surprises would be in the estimate. On 2/11/24 sent name of Larson storm door I wanted, price $264.00 less 10% rebate possible. On 3/5/24 received a proposal with $500.00 allowance for storm door & hardware. Proposal stated "The price includes reinstalling owners oak trim on the interior & all necessary foam insulation, new storm door & hardware selection for the front entrance door." I CAN’T RECOMMEND RICK HALVORSON CONSTRUCTION ENOUGH!!!!
