RSV pools has been great for Woodcliffe. The head manager Jess Bulley does a wonderful job running the pool. She is leader that is well respected in the community and by the other RSV guards at Woodcliffe. She is always friendly when we come to the pool. She works very hard to keep the pool in tip top shape and its easy to see that the guards that work with her follow her lead. Jess is an asset to the community and pool. We've been very pleased with RSV pools, Jess and the other lifeguards!!

RSV pulled their lifeguards 3 weeks early in our community, Decoverly IV, blaming the lifeguards (their employees) for not doing a proper day's work. I used the pool a lot and what I saw were lifeguards that did their job satisfactorily. I witnessed them struggling to vacuum the pool with equipment that was state of the art in the 1970s. I also never saw anyone from RSV corporate management there to assist them, check on them, etc. The icing on the cake was to openly blame a bunch of kids for THE COMPANY failing to fulfill their obligation to the community. A no class move in my opinion.

Overall, my experience with pool staff was positive. RSV pool staff were really helpful in getting my kids and I the great summer pool experience this year. They were polite, considerate, aware of all the activities happening, and kept their eyes on the kids the whole time. I would definitely consider coming here again and enjoy the pool with my kids.

My experience has not been positive. I understand that the pool gets new guards every year, but most of the guards this season (SUMMER 2022) are unprofessional. They use bad language, don't act in a professional manner and act recklessly. Some of the patrons have complained already, and this week as the guards were closing the pool, my neighbor was walking by and saw these clearly underage kids were vaping and smoking weed. This is very unprofessional. MILESTONE HOA POOL-GERMANTOWN

We are almost at the end of another great pool season. I want to say thank you for the Woodcliff pool lifeguard team for all their hard work this summer. A special thanks for the manager- Jess. She is a good leader who can build a strong team, be very encouraging and patient, and firm and attentive in the same time. She is like fine conductor, and under her lead the tune is always right.
