Hands down the best EVER!!!! My husband I got 7-10 pool quotes. I was never satisfied with how these places said they would address the irrigation/grading in our backyard. It seemed like they would just spout off the first thing that came to mind, whether it sounded reasonable or not. S&S Pools came highly recommended to us. S&S pools were amazing, Melissa and Steve were both great to work with, very understanding with scheduling changes on my behalf, the crews working on the pool were extremely respectful during the entire process. They were recommended by a friend and I will certainly share their contact. Highly recommended!!!!! 5 stars all day for S&S Pools. In-ground pool install with a large concrete patio (stamped).

How this company is still in business I have no idea. Just read the reviews! We had our pool installed in 2020 and since have had to have a plumber come snake our sewer line every 4-5 months and most recently 4 times in the past 5 weeks because they rerouted the sewer lines incorrectly. Now we are having to get our yard tore up to fix their incorrect shotty work. Best part is when I called of course Melissa pushed me off immediately to Steve. When I called Steve he tried blaming it on other people, told me he was retired, and then could not even tell me if he used a license plumber or not. Are…

My husband and I hired S&S Pools to put in our vinyl, in ground pool. If you are looking for a company that will start your pool and then disappear for days or weeks, this company is perfect for you. They made several verbal promises to us and backed out on most of them. They ruined not only our grass, which we expected, but our neighbors as well. Steve promised to "fix the neighbors yard by rolling out sod and making it look nice", but in the end we were made to fix that problem.
