Gary (San Juan Pools) has been excellent to work with from start to finish. The available pool designs, customization options, and overall personalization were fantastic for a fiberglass pool. Gary made the process so easy—he stayed on timeline, was responsive, knowledgeable, and guided us every step of the way. San Juan Pools of Michigan installed our pool late last summer. They came highly recommended to us and they did not disappoint. From the beginning of the process to the end, they (and all their contractors - cement, fence, electrical, plumbing) were professional and courteous. They communicated throughout the process to keep us informed so we know what to expect and when things would happen. Gary and his team were great to work with, and we look forward to our first full season of using the pool!

Gary said what he would do & did what he said. This sounds simple, but in today’s world, it is a lot to ask for & expect. We are extremely pleased with the whole crew @ San Juan Pools of Michigan & their contractors. Before I met Gary, the inground pool purchasing process was difficult. I had other companies schedule appoints & not show up, not do business in my area or try to offer an inferior product at more cost. The pool looks great. Dangerous drivers! 4 times in 6 weekdays they have blown through the stop sign in front of my house while my kids & I were waiting for the bus. On the 1st of those 4 occasions they nearly hit me because I was walking to the mailbox. I’ve tried calling nearly 15 times in the last 5 days & nobody has answered. The police will be notified. Get your stuff together.

Magnificent job. Technician sent out we patient, intelligent and detail orientated. San Juan installed our pool 17 years ago. Outside of closing it seasonally for the winter, this is the first service needed. Like 17 years ago, they did a perfect job. Highly recommend. Thank you again!!
