Patty and her team did an amazing job!! Our pool was in terrible condition, very rough old plaster, a huge crack and some smaller ones. They put staples in, tiled, replastered, put my cute little tile stamps in, replaced my light housing and bulb for me and helped me get it working. Best part is, they didn’t rip me off! I had quotes from other companies for more than double what they charged me.

I was waiting to write this review because of how impressed I am. first, I was on vacation while my pool got remodeled+ plastered and I cant explain to you how stressed and worried I was. However, Patty was really helpful making this easy on us. If I could give zeros stars, it still would be too many. If you are thinking you will save money by using this company, DO NOT DO IT!! You absolutely will not save money. I hired them to replaster my pool. They were off and on with poor or no communication. Then they plastered and did not use the correct amount of dye so my pool is the wrong color. I told them they were doing the wrong color but the problem is that they did not know how to use the product. Next, they don’t tell you up front that they don’t do any brushing or chemical restart. I had an emergency with my plaster (done by another company) and the owner Patty took my call on a Saturday afternoon and answered all my questions and walked me through solutions- she was incredibly knowledgeable and we will be working with this company to remedy our issues in the future! Very good and reliable company. We had them replaster and retile our pool. Punctual and finished in one week. Very friendly, reliable, good quality. We recommend Santonio's without hesitation.
