I had a LifeRoom installed by SC Construction. The initial interactions and customer service were pretty good. However, the quality of the initial installation could have been better, and my latest service request has been frustrating. During the walk through after the initial installation I had to point out missing caulking and loose fasteners. Also, after the first rain the LifeRoom was leaking from the sky light and where the LifeRoom and house were joined. It took them three attempts to fix. We needed some retrofit to our Alumawood patio cover. From start to finish, it showed to be a professional organization. The crew that was assigned our project were top notch and knew their job. Ricky, Frank and Felipe worked as a well oiled team, even in the summer heat. I would highly recommend them for any project.

I recently had a patio cover installed by SC construction and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team was professional, the office ladies communicated every week with us during the process, & were very efficient. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations! Not only does my patio look fantastic now, but I also feel like I have gained an extra room in my home. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor living space. Installed patio cover in 17-18. They did a great job, though they did not install all the headers we purchased. Only one out of 4 were installed. Still love the cover. Have terrible issues with return emails and voice messages. I guess if you aren’t spending enough, you aren’t worth their time. I have had nothing but bad experiences with the office staff. Scott is not very reliable, at least on our case. When patio cover was installed we asked for a quote on 4 awnings. Never got back to us. I’m trying again. Left 2 emails. Now I guess I wait. Hopefully they get back to me before the weather ge…

SC Construction delivered an excellent product at a very fair price. All of the installers were very accommodating and polite. Alexander went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the entire process. S C Construction will build a quality product. We are extremely happy with the screening in of our patio!

Do yourself a favor get a few local quotes first then take a drive to SC Construction in Modesto. Don’t complain it’s too far because when you see with your own eyes what products they carry you will want to seal the deal with them. These products are an investment that shouldn’t be purchased without actually seeing it. The wide range of style and materials are so important. There is so much substandard stuff out there. Scott and his team love what they do and it shows. I’m so glad I took the chance on calling them even though they are in Modesto. I can’t wait for the enjoyed times to follow .
