Scholl built a three season room and deck for us. Their communication was very good, and they visited the site virtually every day there was activity. The terms were very reasonable with a modest down payment up front and billings as construction progressed. The people are friendly and responsive.

In 2024 we decided to engage in a remodeling project for our second floor bathrooms. After interviewing a number of contractors, we chose Scholl Construction. The work was completed timely and to our expectations. the workmanship was excellent and we highly recommend Scholl Construction.

Finding Scholl Construction for our dream house was a true blessing. Pete and his team made this custom house project less stressful but more fun and memorable. Pete Scholl is a talented, upstanding individual and I've had the pleasure of seeing much of his work around the extended local area. He does a lot of commercial remodeling work, like the retreat up in Delavan, WI (talk about WOW factor) and the New Church in Lakewood, IL, but also a lot of residential home remodeling all over the Northern Illinois area.
