Highly recommend Scott Payne Custom Pools. Scott was amazing to work with. He was professional, prompt and always available to answers questions and address concerns. It was clear Scott really cared about our project and that his number one goal was to make sure we were pleased. Our pool was completed on time and we could not be more pleased with the finished product.

We cannot say enough amazing things about Scott Payne Custom Pools! From start to finish, their customer service has been absolutely impeccable. We built our pool three years ago, and even now, their commitment to their customers continues to impress us. Recently, we had an issue with the glass tile we originally selected, only to find out it had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Scott Payne created us a backyard oasis! Our pool is perfection and he worked with us every step of the way to make sure the design was everything we wanted. I posted a problem on a Facebook pool owners group. Scotty Payne responded and after some discussion he solved an issue I’ve been dealing with for almost a year. Actually, he showed me 3 separate issues! I now have a way to work through it and an offer to help me maintain after I’ve resolved it! He was kind, gracious and extremely knowledgeable. Most importantly he explained it in a way a person who never took chemistry could understand! Did I mention he’s in PA and I’m in LA? He’s the first person to take me seriously and not dismiss me. My experience using Scott Payne Pool Company was first rate. From design to construction to completion, everyone was communicative, prompt, and professional. I have enjoyed my pool for 4 summers now and there is never a day that I regret my decision to invest in my backyard retreat. I must also comment that even after 4 years, I am able to email Scott and his team and have first rate customer service. Someone is always willing to help with a question or issue. I highly recommend.
