Very reliable and professional company. Peter Villanueva is our Regional Manager. He provides us information way ahead of the pool opening season so that we are not caught off guard with preparations. Emelia Blehm is our day to day pool supervisor. She is very reachable and extremely responsive. We feel very confident that Sears Pool Management is always looking out for our community.

We've worked with Sears Pool Consultants across multiple associations, and they're absolutely fantastic! Since I became Treasurer of my HOA, Sears Pool has hands down been the best vendor I have worked with. The are very personable, fair and willing to do what needs to be done to make things right. Some examples, After building a new deck and being blindsided with some additional add-on expenses, we contacted them and let them know we needed to push back some payments a few months. They said - no problem.
