Artistic pools has been doing service for our pool for years- so when decided to redo a hot tub and specialty water element it was a no brainer to call! Thanks to Luke, Red,Shelby and all the support crew who has made this project a success! Shout out to the whole service crew who has been absolutely wonderful to work with for years!

Artistic Pools designed exactly what I wanted. My goal was for my pool to look like a natural pond to compliment the rustic farm setting we have and that is exactly what I got. They have an awesome crew, very knowledgeable and always helpful with any questions or requests I have.

Our pool breaker kept tripping, and to make matters worse, our usual maintenance company was unavailable since it was the Friday before a holiday weekend. I called Artistic Pools (who originally built our pool), and they sent a technician out right away. Andrew was phenomenal! He thoroughly inspected our entire pool system, quickly pinpointed the breaker issue, and even flagged a few other items that needed attention. Artistic Pools installed our pool and does weekly service. The service has been great. I want to call out an "above and beyond" effort on the part of Arthur Silva who serviced our pool today. He texted me to let me know that our pool water level was low and he had turned off the skimmers. I was able to start refilling the pool but I had no idea how to turn the skimmers back on. I messaged Arthur and he sent me some pictures and made a video call to me to show me how to turn the skimmers on. This was a service way beyond expected. Thank you Arthur.

Jay Turner is our maintenance tech. He has always been on time and calls to make sure the dogs are inside before he goes through our gate. Jay does an excellent job and helps us by educating us on how to maintain our new pool. I recommend Jay HIGHLY!!!

Artistic built our pool. The finished product turned out good. The quality of the pool limestone could have been better. 2 years in and can already see will need attention again. The jandy pool pumps are great but the floor cleaner is worth every cent. No robots needed. Works flawlessly. I have to mention Andrew, he’s the service manager. He is a shining reflection on Artistic. He is responsive. Until Andrew was on board, messages - text and calls - went unanswered for days. I wanted to update my review as this has been several years since the last review. I have continuously been using Artistic and just wanted to drop a note at how great Jay has been in cleaning our pool and even coming out on last minute before I get together, I had with all this pollen in the air! They are simply the best and always accommodate and quick to respond. Thank you, Jay and Artistic!!!
