First, I must say that up till this experience, SP has been out to my home on 3 different occassion's with out an issue other than not coming at the times they said they would. However, the last time they were out, I spoke with the tech Nick re: a leak I had in the filter system that needed attention. It was agreed that it was not that severe and it could be handled more in the "off" season. I was told it would be better to call in late September. While the leak has since gotten worse, I honored Nick's request and did not call till September 25th. Since this time I called 4 times over a 4 week…

Absolutely nothing to complain about. The folks at Smart Pools are pros that stand by their work. They do things the right way so their work can stand on it's own. George, Pete, and Nick made our salt-water auto-chlorinated heated pool a second, aquatic, home.

Pools are are an expensive item to invest in and you really need to TRUST your installer. This family run business, in my view, is at the top of the trust list. Did a pool for me in the Crest, and while there were up and downs during construction of a new house, they were top notch.

First impression is very high! I like the local aspect and feel of the business. I could see hiring them after meeting with the owner, Gorg! I believe the five star helps them even in this very new venture!
