We have used them to install a retro fit cover and it was great! Did a great job, and cover worked like a charm. Bought a new house with an in ground pool and cover and cover was stuck open from sitting in water and hard water build up. They restored it for us and it works wonderfully. My husband and I have two toddlers and we would not be without one of these covers over our pool. I literally sleep better at night. Southwest pool cover specialist is the best and most reasonably priced in our area. Highly recommended!

Absolutely horrible! They changed their name and treat their current customers like they do not exist! After fifteen years using their services in two different cities in NM we will never use them again. They installed a new cover for us during the winter and when I called a couple of months ago to ask them to correct a small issue I was told they would charge us over $400 just to drive here. I was told they do not honor the warranty and the lady did not care I went somewhere else. Advice- Call anyone else! These people have taken advantage of the great people in NM too long!! The people that work/own this company are CRAZY!!! They actually called their goons out of the back office and kicked me out of the store when I went in to ask about my account. WARNING, Don’t ever ever ever use this company !!!!

Terrible Service! SW Cover Cancelled 3 Appointments. Then I was yelled and screamed at by a Cranky Rude Woman for asking what happened when they didn't show up on 3rd Appt. Unstable, Unorganized, And Apparently doesn't need the Business. ZERO Customer Relation Skills....

Used them in the past and they were wonderful. Must have changed hands, rude, no help whatsoever. Regret having to give 1 star.
