I'm sure this company does great work and this review is for communication/professionalism only. I called for a quote on pool installation. When I called I got directed to another line which then picked picked up. I asked if it was possible to get a quote for a pool assembly and got the answer of "no" to which I had to ask if it was the correct number. I then leared, because of my questions, that they just weren't accepting anymore work due to being swamped. While I 100% respect the honesty, the more professional way to handle this could have simply been an answer of "I'm sorry, we aren't taki…
