Sterling Grove is a gorgeous community in Surprise. My husband and I try to stop by when we're in Arizona. We saw their previous set of model homes back in 2020 and now their new collection. Their floor plans are unique and their design team did a fantastic job inside and outside of these models. Prices are also great considering that these houses are built by luxury builder Toll Brothers. Today we had a pleasure to meet Lexi who was very sweet, friendly, gave us a lot of info about the community, pricing, HOA fees, and offered us water on this very hot day. Sterling Grove is a beautiful community with a nice golf course, attractive landscaping, and a very polished overall feel. For the right buyer, I can see why it would be appealing. That said, I was very disappointed by the lot sizes and overall layout. The homes are priced like luxury properties, but many of them are built extremely close together with surprisingly small backyards. At these price points, I would expect more space, privacy, and breathing room between homes. I would not have minded paying top dollar for the area if the lots felt more proportional to the home prices. Unfortunat…

Stopped by Toll Brothers homes to view the model homes. Homes were super awesome. The amenities are some of the best in the valley. After viewing the homes, we went over to Copper & Rye bar and an early dinner. Great food and service. I would highly recommend stopping by and checking out Toll Brothers. Also, a shout out to Mark, who helped us out and gave us all the information on the area.

Nice facility- offered cool water for our group as we were about to tour their model homes. I assume due to the lateness of the day we were told we could NOT use the golf cart to tour which made the walk more difficult for my 75 year old aunt. Nonetheless we toured 7 of the 14 homes. Beautiful layout.

Absolutely my favorite new home 🏡 community!! They have done such an amazing job building this community, 100% that country club resorts style vacation feeling all the way through from incredible model homes to so many amenities and I absolutely loved the restaurant as well. Had a couple of great meals there with clients and will absolutely be back

A magnificently designed master planned community. Jack Mickelson designed course, spa, restaurants, and a pool area that boasts a beach entrance and a 40 person spa. Fantastic for empty nesters and new families. Resort Style living with an unparalleled social environment with the same monthly dues as a mid to mid/high price point subdivision without amenities.
