Amazing experience, we had an issue in our pool where the equipment mal-functioned and left oil all over the water. We called summit pool services and in 3 days they were able to clean up the whole system. They went above and beyond to help us.

Extremely impressed. I had a very small job. We had a fountain that was on its last legs, it was leaking, and it was very dirty. I got several quotes from pool companies and repair people. Some of the pool companies didn’t want the job because it was too small. Others gave outrageous quotes. Summit gave me a reasonable quote and Will explained the different options for repair. The fountain didn’t have tile and I learned that tile isn’t just cosmetic, having tile actually serves as a water break to prevent the plaster from drying out and cracking. Will overhauled a 1970’s pool and brought it to the current picture. Pool tile was updated, deck and deep end steps. The walk in 12” steps updated to9” steps. Interior of pool redone and added a base color. Found and repaired leaks, His company was timely, did all clean up. I recommend this company for pool updates.

We hired William A Kopfler Jr , owner of Summit Builders LLC (also operating as Summit Pool Services) to renovate our pool, deck, and driveway. After paying over $50,000, the work was left incomplete, poorly executed, and eventually abandoned altogether. Despite repeated attempts to reach a resolution, we received no communication or accountability. What little work was done was unusable and far below professional standards. Great service! I had an issue with my pool water not circulating properly and my skimmers not working correctly. I reached out to multiple pool companies, and in each case, I was promised a call back, only to never hear from them again. I decided to call Summit Builders at around 9:30 in the morning, and to my surprise, Will returned my call within just 30 minutes. Will and his crew started off great - replaced skimmers and re-coated pool deck. Final $400+ worth of pump/filter work left undone. And he’s “ghosting” me on text and phone calls.

We Had a Broken Pump.. We Called Summit Pools After Our Pool Was Changing Colors. Our Serviceman had it Back To Crystal Clear by the Next Morning. 💧
