Had another company do some minor repairs on our equipment, and check everything else out. Everything was working great except for our app on our phone to control the pool. The ScreenLogic app would not connect to outside. He checked everything on the motherboard and it was just fine. It was the inside adapter that was not functioning properly. He recommended we call Pentair for assistance. The company does not provide a human to speak but it did have some ai generated steps to follow, none of those helped. We have used Superior Pool Service for many years for different issues and repairs with our pool. ROCKY IS THE BEST!!! He is quick to respond, knowledgeable, and does great work! He’s always happy to explain the problem and best solution, and he is patient with all of our questions. We trust Rocky for all of our pool repairs and always request him when calling in!! Best decision with Superior Pools! They tackled our aging gunite pool with a practical approach—temporary leak repair, new pump/filter system, with a weekly service until we can complete a 2026 refurbish. Their responsiveness is unmatched: superior service when we had a pre-winter emergency with a skim clog. The entire team is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares. Superior was the fourth company we called to try and solve our mystery leak in our pool. They found multiple leaks and solved them for way less cost than they quoted or what we thought it would take. I wish we had contacted them first.

We have been using Superior Pools to service our pool for two years. It's a (somewhat) complicated setup and two other competitor service companies declined to give any sort of cometitive quote for service. Our service tech, Rocky, is always on the ball, knows his stuff inside and out and has even come afterhours on a weekend to fix an issue as we had an event that evening. We've been extremely pleased with Superior Pool Service. Every team member we have interacted with has been extremely knowledgeable and very professional. We found Superior Pool Service after being customers of another pool service company for years - the other company just wasn't able to keep our pool clear and well maintained. Now with Superior - we are loving how it looks and swimming more than ever. We look forward to being customers for a long time.
