Stay away from this company. Absolutely awful. They said they would fix my pool heater. I never saw any evidence that they ever showed up. When I called them repeatedly over weeks, they kept saying they were waiting for a part that would cost $375. I finally called someone else. They cleaned it out and it works fine. No parts needed. It's still working great a year later.

Had a great experience purchasing our pool last fall in Amherst and coordinating with Lindsay in Fitchburg for installation this spring. The pool required some significant pad preparation. Mike and his crew did an amazing job coming in with a bobcat, creating the pad including two truckloads of loom and gravel, making the lot look great then constructing the pool. They worked very hard and were very professional, detail oriented and good natured as well.

Pool supplies displayed in the summer and ski gear in the winter. But the pool supplies are in the storage room if you need something. Needed a pool pillow to close my pool and they had what I needed though the showroom had been changed over for winter sports.

This is the absolute worst company out there. Was supposed to open pool, let all leaves in when they took off the cover, put the steps in, put shocker in, left the unopened bags on deck and Ground. Supposed to clean it, cleaner couldn’t do it due to injury. Rescheduled twice now. No phone call, no show! Unprofessional and the worst customer service I have yet too see.

Buyer beware! We bought an above ground pool from surfside in Amherst after moving to nearby Milford. We bought the all inclusive deluxe package. After waiting a month to install, the installers changed the install date three times. They told me I should schedule water delivery for the day after the pool installation, They garunteed it would only take one day to install. When the installers showed up they did two hours of work tearing up the backyard with a bobcat before they advised me that I they could not continue work as i would need a gravel delivery. That I would need to pay 500 …
