Fantastic experience all around. Filipe and his crew did an unbelievable job bringing my pool back to life. His time estimates on completion were spot on and his pricing was very fair. I would absolutely use this company again for any pool construction, renovation or replastering. Will definitely use them again for another project.

Vortex pools did an amazing job building our pool. It came out wonderfully and the support was incredible! Filipe helped us through all stages, and most importantly answered questions and helped us with decisions. We couldn’t be happier with the work and the finished product. Blending into the natural setting, and making all the colors work. Only ask is give us one more month of summer in NH!!

Working with Vortex Pools was one of the best experiences we have had. Not only did they finish the pool well ahead of schedule, but the pool looks beautiful and runs perfectly. I would highly recommend that you work with Felipe and team as they know what they are doing and are a pleasure to work with. They built a great pool that is exactly what we were looking for.

We were reluctant to purchase a new pool given the horror stories we heard about pool projects lasting several years due to the pandemic, but ultimately hired Vortex based on a referral. Felipe and his team began the project in September 2022 and completed the pool in April 2023. This left us with enough time to finish the hardscape and fence before the summer season! They worked quickly, efficiently, and kept the project on track. Felipe always picked up the phone when I called, which gave us peace of mind. The pool came out fantastic! I would highly recommend Vortex.

I called them several times and left messages inquiring about getting a new pool built and never received a call back. I then reached out via their webpage contact button and I even sent them a DM on Instagram all without a response. I hope for their sake that they are so busy with work they can't return prospective customer's calls, but unfortunately because of that, I won't be doing business with them.
