I'm sure it's already been said, but there is nothing sweet about Sweetwater Pool Service. We signed a contract with them for weekly pool maintenance and the problems began almost immediately. Gate to equipment pad 'accidentally' left unlocked led to stolen pool equipment. Furthermore, our security camera showed their technician was on our property for less than two minutes‼️ but we were charged for a full cleaning service that day. I shared the video evidence with management and they promptly allowed us to terminate our contract without penalty. Terrible!

We recently filled and shocked our pool and decided to get a quote to see what it would cost to finish the cleaning job we’ve already started. We were quoted $2100 just to clean an average-sized pool, and were then told later it was because they need to drain it, pressure wash it, and refill it. Why do you need to drain a recently filled pool rather than cleaning and fixing the water already inside of the pool? It seems as if they are taking the lazy route rather than attempting to figure out what the pool needs

First, I want to make sure this Review gets to the proper Division as I was verbally instructed (I was told to post under Seeetwater Pools, “Commercial Division”). If this isn’t the correct division, please give me direction to the right one. With all that, Let Me start by saying that if there were an option for 10 Stars to be given, I would give Kirston and Her Staff All of them. She provides not only Outstanding service, but She exemplifies the term Relentless Follow Up and Prompt Communication as Well.. Way to Go Kirston! Nothing sweet about it. Non performance was so bad that they terminated their own contract. Despite our repeated calls and emails, they left sand in our pool for 6 WEEKS after we had just replaced the filter. Daniel Collins promised the sand from the old filter would be vacuumed out of the pool immediately after our new filter was installed. Instead, it took SIX WEEKS of emails to John Rayment for that to happen. Every time the tech came out, their vacuum equipment failed and they would give up without finishing. eh...couldn't get a prime called SW, they couldn't diagnose my collapsed return line, passed me off to a pressure testing company, who also couldn't diagnose my problem.
