Ordered and paid for hot tub over a month ago. Was promised it was in stock and would be delivered in 2 weeks. Have called several times, get sent to fax machine. When finally chase down a person they have no idea when I can expect to receive hot tub…and it’s been paid for in FULL! The worst customer service! Thank you for delivering the hot tub and setting it up! I’m very happy with it. Appreciate your help and communication about delivery. Customer service much better!

We just moved to Massachusetts late last year. Was hard to find a house on the Cape. Market was insane. Wanted a home with a pool for the kids, but were outbid on each that was available. So, the one we purchased had space (land) for one, but sadly no pool. We secured some bids for a pool installation. The first bid was outrageous and that company couldn't even start the job until August! Then we found Swimming Pool & Spa Design. Talked to them in December. They came out quickly and discussed what we wanted and logistics. They said they thought it could be in by July. Well, guess what…

Purchased a Columbo hot tub by Platinum Spas. Excellent product in all respects … but $200 maintenance fee is not worth paying for bc service is “non-existent”! The hot tub basically sells itself but longterm the maintenance is what determines the life-expectancy of a hot tub. I would definitely purchase from SPS & D bc of excellent pricing but would NOT pay for maintenance contract. Service tech doesn’t show up even if u have a scheduled service appointment.

If you want to give your money to a company that doesn’t answer you back, doesn’t do what they say and has horrible quality service, give it to charity it’s not worth going through all the stress of hiring this company. We started our pool project last year nov 2020 and we are now in oct 2021 and it is still not completed. The concrete is already all cracked, the pool has leaked 7 times… they have no idea how to treat the clients and run a business! In my opinion they shouldn’t be in business! I’ve held my disappointment to myself but decided to post here hoping to save a soul from this horrib…

The owner is an absolute liar. Was told my spa repair was under warranty. Great! It's been almost 5 months and I am getting constant lies and the run around about the repair! First it would be on next week, then the next, then we were on the repair schedule, then It was "a tricky part to locate" then it was back ordered, then, and this takes the cake... the tech is in the field today to do your repair. They don't return your call, they give you the run around and STRAIGHT UP LIE. This is all coming from the owner. He straight up lies on the phone! Apparently they do not care about their buisn…
