T&T Pools knocked it out of the park! Kim and Chad run a great operation — from day one, the whole team was easy to work with, friendly, responsive, and super clear about what to expect. They showed up when they said they would, kept the worksite tidy, and finished right on schedule. The pool itself looks amazing. Better than we pictured, honestly. Chad and his crew walked us through everything afterward so we actually knew what we were doing, and they've been great about answering questions even months later. If you're thinking about putting in a pool, just call T&T. You won't regret it.

Horrible pool liner installation. Looks like this company has never installed a pool liner before. Unbelievably poor communication from start to finish. Have never encountered a more incompetent service company. (This is an alias account; in case this vendor makes the accusation that my name is not in their customer files.)

My liner pool was installed with a heater 6urs ago. The pros are they are very on the ball about coming when they say they are. Staff is friendly They are priced about what others are priced for services My issues -My heater had problem after problem. The heater would never kick on when the on button was switched on, I was told I must of not had propane, or electric was probably off. I had propane in the tank and electric was on. I was taught how to take the top off and switch the switch inside and reset the heater. I was having to do this everytime. I kept getting blamed for the problems, tha…

I can't say enough good things about T&T Pools! They were incredibly responsive every step of the way and always showed up exactly when they said they would. They did a phenomenal job installing my custom pool cover, and Kim and Chad were both absolutely outstanding to work with. Highly recommend!

Chad built our first pool in 2017 at our old house. It was a vinyl liner style. We were very pleased with everything. We expected to stay in that house for a LONG time. However in 2021 we found a lot we could not pass up with a water view in a location in New Albany that was still 5 minutes from the grocery store. My wife said if we were doing to build a house, a pool had to be part of the deal. Chad was GREAT to work with again, very accommodating, and this time we did a fiberglass pool w/a built in hot tub. Terrific company to work with! We love our new liner. It was fitted perfectly. Highly recommend! Kim is very responsive, concise, and informative. They executed the work on our pool in a timely fashion. After bad experiences with other pool companies in the past, it was a refreshing experience. I look forward to working with them in the future for our pool services.

Chad really knows his stuff! I moved into a new house with a pool, and the previous owners neglected it to a criminal degree. I went to Backyard Staycations and they just kept selling me chemicals and the water quality never changed. I called T & T pools and they came out to my house several times per week, made sure the water was exactly right, and charged a very reasonable price. I spent about a third of the money with T & T compared to Backyard Staycations the previous year and T & T actually got results.
