The Pool Connection crew of Matt, Josh and Nico, did a fantastic job of not only installing our liner, they took the time to inspect and repair any rust on the walls and cracks in the bottom. They took great care to ensure that no pebbles or stones were left under the liner. Their level of detail is impressive!
Absolutely blown away by The Pool Connection’s customer service, attention to detail, punctuality and quality of work. My wife was very apprehensive about the darker colour but now that it’s installed, she LOVES it as much as I do. The butterfly effect gives the illusion of an infinity-style pool that reflects the light so well. It’s even better than expected. The installers did an amazing job and I can’t believe how quickly they worked. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️➕
Staff outdid their service, not only they showed up when promised, they also listened to all my concerns regarding my pool. They gave me a time frame to install the new liner and they delivered as promised. All of the staff very respectful and pleasant, I highly recommend their company.

I think most people are a little apprehensive when they are having an old liner replaced. FEAR NOT - this crew from Pool Connection came in on time and well prepared for the job at hand. All measurements were taken in the fall so with the old liner remove, the new liner was installed and it fit like a glove. We were very pleased with the new liner and impressed by the installation crew. Thank you Pool Connection
Replaced pool liner this week. Staff were very polite, cleaned up site each day, provided status updates and conditions through process. Result looks amazing, really rejuvenated our backyard.
What a great experience. First time calling this company and I was treated exceptionally well. I explained the problem I was having with my leaky pool filter and within five minutes there was confirmation of a service appointment a few days later.
