As a realtor, I was in the process of prepping a client's home for sale. The sellers wanted to use their existing pool service technician to inspect the pool and equipment. His assessment indicated a heater sensor was bad and said he'd order the part. However, after repeated follow up from the client, he failed to follow through. Victor and team have been excellent to work with. When we first moved to our house, we didn’t know the first thing about pool cleaning. Their team has done a great job maintaining our pool and helping us install a new filter.

Victor is the best. We have had 4 different pool services over the last 7 years and Victor is far and away the best. He is knowledgeable, dependable, and does a great job at a fair price. He makes recommendations on what could be done next and our pool has never looked or performed better.

I had a pipe burst connected to my pool solar system. I had to shut everything down and was worried my pool would turn green if I didn’t get it repaired right away! The solar company that put in my system didn’t call me back. Eventually they emailed me that they couldn’t come out for 5 weeks. Pump Master was highly recommended to me so I called. Victor returned my call right away and put me on a high priority in his schedule. He was able to fix the plumbing and did an excellent job!

Highly recommend! They were very responsive and helpful. We needed someone to assess the condition of the spa in our new home (which hadn't been used for years). Victor was able to came out quickly, fix an issue with the pump and give us some helpful information on how to use and maintain our spa. Very efficient, professional and affordable service. Will definitely use them again when we're ready to replace our pool pump!
