I would strongly DISCOURAGE anyone from using this company. My home warranty company assigned them to investigate a pool leak/concerns with my pool as I explained I was loosing water and had to keep filling it with the water hose. From the beginning, the experience was unprofessional and frustrating. After the inspection, I never received a call with the results. I had to contact the company myself just to find out what they found. During that conversation, the technician repeatedly interrupted me and even said, "Let me tell you what you said." I have been referred to them by my home warranty a couple of times to fix issues with my pump. they have always been very thorough, timely, and have done a great job. Their communication is excellent compared to other service providers in El Paso. I highly recommend without reservation.

I am very happy that I found True Blue for my pool repairs. They have been wonderful. They have always returned my calls immediately, helped me diagnose problems over the phone, come out the same day I have called and kept me updated on my repairs. They have all been been very professional, friendly, helpful, and very efficient. There has only been one other company I have trusted but he has retired so I will definitely use True Blue from now on.

Used True Blue through American Home Sheild. I had a problem with clogged/failed valve on the suction side of the pump. They identified the problem quickly and repaired it. They also identified a leak in the union with the pipes on the pump side, which they fixed. After the repair there was still a persistent leak and they came back no questions asked to repair the job appropriately. I think the receptiveness to an issue identified after a work order is very important and their professionalism keeps them at 5 stars. Pump works great now. Very happy with the service.

They were very professional and worked with our Home Warranty Company to get both of our pool equipments replaced and repaired.They showed up on time, we all know how important this is! They took the time to explain how the new equipment worked. I would recommend True Blue Pool Service over all the other pool companies here in El Paso. Thank you, True Blue !

My family and I had great experience with true blue pool service are pool is always crystal blue.Enjoy having a clean pool. Nice to have a great service for a change. Very professional very affordable compared to arizona
