We were slowly loosing water for a couple of summers our original pool company were not providing any answers as to why charged us 400 to push the water around saying they don't see any thing how could you visibly see a hole/tear in 30,000 gallons of water smh !! The guy that they referred to dive the pool for another $400 referred us to Vernon pool man. Boy am I glad he did Repaired underground plumbing replaced skimmer and liner professional job I am so glad I found them and they are more than willing to answer any follow up concerns you may have

We had an electric pool heater that was showing an error code. We called up many companies to see if they work on electric pool heaters and none of them did except Vernon Poolman. The lady on the phone set up an appointment and we were good to go. The day of the visit comes and when the person came he said he doesn't know why they accepted the job because they don't usually work on electric pool heaters. My in ground pool was installed by Vernon Poolman. Recently the pool required technical service to diagnose and resolve a continual loss of water in the pool. The Vernon Poolman technicians arrived within the time window given, and set about to methodically determine the source of the leak. After testing the water lines, they moved on to the skimmers.They found a significant crack in the bottom of one skimmer, which was likely caused by winter ice expansion. Leeeeegit an all around great experience working with Poolman in putting in a pool at our property. From the first chat with Kate and her being incredibly informative and so chill in discussing our options (we were absolutely clueless in all aspects of a pool and she was so patient with us), to Walter, Chris and their incredible crews that did the site work and construction to Debbie helping us with our questions and water samples.... absolutely magical peeps. Had a great experience with Vernon Poolman from the start. We had a 16x32 vinyl liner pool with heater installed. We went with vinyl liner over fiberglass because we wanted a deeper deep end than fiberglass offered. I started planning last summer and Chris was with us every step. Chris was super responsive, patient, calm, and always returned any calls or messages promptly. I quoted multiple pool companies, and if you can even get someone to return your call, prices are all over the place - mostly crazy high. My Dad always warned me about Poolman Pools that they were noy good people! Well, I stopped in to get some plugs and a new skimmer baskets and was talking with the young man who was assisting me. I asked about a new pool cover for a pool that installed 25 years ago, out of nowhere this lady pops out and snaps off, We don't service above ground pools anymore and can't get covers for them!! First year using Vernon Poolman to service my 45 yr old pool. Service exceeded my expectations. They repaired a piece that the previous service provider broke and left everything very neat after closing the pool for the season.
